Boy now there is some truth to that video.

I got the name Boot Strap about 35 years ago. I always wore engineer boots to high school and the kids use to call me Boot Strap cause of the straps on them. It stuck thru my wholw life. I had a this 1956 KHK Sportster that I use to ride to school at 16. This bike was totally rebuilt by me and was painted Candy Apple Red. Even at 16 I was hooked on Harleys and the freedom of riding. Other kids were riding dirt bikes like Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki but me it was Harley. I did have a dirt bike. It was a Can AM MX 250, but my senior year I sold the KHK and bought a new 1977 Sproty. Today I wish I kept the KHK as the value of this bike is so crazy.

Pops came to me when I was working for a HD dealer about 12 years ago. I was the oldest one there at the time. Used to be Dirty Mags In my younger days. Got that one night when someone asked me what I was doing and told them I was just reading (looking at) a penthouse magazine. I am still known and called Dirty by about everyone I have known for 20 or further back years. Dad bought me a mini bike when i was 8 Then got me a Honda 50 Then 150 Then at 16 a Sportster. I have had a lot of bikes over the years depending on what I could afford. A number of sportsters then into the dyna family. Just really like my dynas. Thinking I like Dirty a hell of a lot more then Pops if you know what I mean.

I am called dragon by my oldest of friends for the reason my hero when I was young was Bruce Lee so I took every martial arts class I could afford to go to and spent all my young hours perfecting my craft to imitate him. My first bike was a Yz 80 then I went up to a husqvarna then a few Cr 480r honda's My first street bike @ 16 was a virago 750 I traded for an old 69 mustang I had, then traded that bike for a basket 71 sporty, after rebuilding that bike and riding it for a few months I traded it for a 69 442 and thus brought in the era of my muscle car craze. I got married to my High school girlfriend, had kids and have them almost raised and the wife decided she liked this softail at our local HD, while of course I liked the full dresser she liked the little softail better so we bought it, I changed a few items, had it flamed out and at that point everyone started calling me deuce (Mostly because it is a deuce softail) but deuce biggalo was popular at the time and It reminded my friends of me and all the old bitches I always had around!

Ok, so my name. I've always been proud of my heritage - blood not the bike. I am part native (apache and sioux) and part Irish/Scottish. So I can really drink and I don't ever stay down in a fight.  I've always said that if you hit me you better make sure I go straight down. I always get back up, just like the song from Chumbawamba. Great drinking song!!!!!!!!!! NNR - we were recruited. My hubby and I were at the state fair grounds and got to talking to this group of guys who I guess figured we were interesting. Hell, I never thought that I was so funny til these guys started laughin. My hubby Nic is just a simple country boy and I am a complex city chick so I guess we are fun to watch at least. Now - a few words about the video. I agree that while in public foreigners should speak the language. I do find this ironic however that people are of this opinion when this country had over 50 languages before the english came over. And those folks managed to live fairly well together. We have always been at war with the spanish though. Sorry, thats the main thing that set off Geronimo. He was once a very peaceful man, such in fact thmeant he actual native name meant something like he who sleeps under the tree. Funny!!! I thought so! No interesting stories yet with a ride but I am in the market for my first - we will see once I get it.
