I like to suggest adding a multimedia category to the main forum page. What I mean is pics, scans, video clips, video links, etc. I'd suggest having any multimedia based topic posted (bike related or not) in the category. Years ago I belonged to a couple riding forums that had main page "Media" categories, and they were a big draw for members. The media category was by far the most visited and posted category on each site. Many people logged on several times a day just to see what was new in those areas. They were kind of a one stop shopping entertainment categories. I can't guarantee it will help, but might draw more members to be active on the forum.
