Greeting all,
I have to be honest with you on an event that happened about a month ago. Microsoft claimed one of my servers had an illegal license. While I have corrected the issue with Microsoft, Time Warner has suspended my internet connection for 90 days. This will take place on Nov. 6th. My lawyer is working to have the suspension uplifted as I just paid Microsoft, $8,000.00 (extortion money) for their penalty fees and a new license. Time Warner claims they are concerned that they don’t want to be held libel for allowing this illegal server on there network. So they decided to do the suspension. If my lawyer does not pull through by Nov.5th I am afraid I will not have internet service.
All the Websites are outsourced on other servers and my partner will be handling this. This is not the problem; my problem is I can no longer access the internet. I am sitting here this AM having to make a decision. Do I try to maintain this business without internet for 90 days or do I pack it in and sell my part of the business to my partner. This is a decision that I have to make. The Postman will be handling all the activities after Nov. 5th till my internet is back up.
