Last month Doc (one of the NRR advisors) went before the ALCOC about NRR. Long story short. NRR is welcome to wear the back patch in AL. They have asked only to wear the full color back patch.
From what I know, the NRR website was fully researched by the ALCOC and all is good. You and I both know that all members of NRR must allways be carefull not to be a support club of any MC. We (NRR) must respect all. I believe we have been doing a good job at this and we (NRR) have the respect of the MC's out there.
The work you and other have been doing in the motorcycle world is starting to pay off. I believe the other riding groups out there are realizing that NRR is like Switzerland, we are neutral.

Personally I think it is important. Their concerns are valid.
Likes or dislikes about the outlaw community aside the question of freedom of association, secret evidence being used against you etc are important.
How will the law define an outlaw motorcycle club. Riding harleys, weekend runs? drinking beer? having members who commit a criminal offense?
What happens if some politician frames the laws to read as "If X number of members of a motorcycle club commit a criminal offense then the club shall be declared outlaw".__________________"The price you pay for freedom is having other people do things you don't agree with."
