Actually Pops an online license can make me a Pastor for real. I have a friend who is ordained by http://www.wcm.org/ His church is a small one but he is getting bigger. I personally am a Street Evangelist. I would be honored to the the NRR Preacher.

Well, I just checked the No Rules Riders, Rule Book and it does not say anything about having a meeting and voting on a NRR Preacher. The NRR Rule Book does not even talk about how to create a new position either. As a matter of fact the NRR Rule Book does not say anything. That's right, there are no rules.
So, if you want to be the NRR Preacher, you are !
