This questions is bugging me to know end. I decided to post it here to see what you all think... 2 white males assault a black male with a weapon. They are charged with Federal Hate Crime Law and spend 5 years in prison. OK now same crime but 2 black male assault a white male with same weapon. They are only charged with simple assault and get probation. What is wrong with America???

I am all about minority rights. I am also all about my rights.
Why is more of a crime to kill or assault a police officer than the general public?
I know what we need...............
We need a list of the most protected group to the least protected group or individuals. I would like to know the hierarchy of a humans here in the US. This will help me a lot when I am committing a crime.
