If you are in Upstate NY you better contact the dominant clubs. Wearing a patch without going through the proper channels could be a big mistake. Start at the top. Contact the Hells Angels. Show them the RESPECT they deserve. Dont do anything behind there back. Be honest and upfront. Hell they may even help you along the way. What part of NY? Im in the Adirondacks.

Mike, I'm Bill, AKA O'l Boot or just plain Bootstrap. I reside in Upstate NY, The Great Adirondacks in the Lake George region. I've been riding a long now. Sense I was a kid so that makes it around 40 years. I own a 1976 Harley SS 250. It was fully restored last year and this year I decided to repaint it back to the original Orange and Black. This bike sounds like a Jap bike but it is all Harley and really fun to ride. I also own an 82 Shovel that needs much work. I try to be a Christian as well but it sometimes doesn’t work, as you will see in some of my posts.

Types of No Rules Riders

Non-Internet Users To be a No Rules Rider is as simple as saying you are a No Rules Rider. Signing up on the Internet is not a requirement to be a No Rules Rider. |
Internet Users
To be a user
of No Rules Riders on the Internet, a person must first "create
a profile". This profile is your identity in No Rules Riders.
A valid
email account is needed for this. All No Rules Riders on this website are
members of the World Wide No Rules Riders chapter.
The discussion forum
is actually separate from the website.
Every user must create a new account
in the forum.
The Structure of the No Rules Riders Website

No Rules Riders is made up of many different
chapters. Anyone can start a new chapter at anytime. Naming of chapters must be
done with respect to established riding groups. This is not a rule, this is
respect. |
"Chapter Creator" is the person who creates a chapter. They are responsible for all actions of their chapter. The Chapter Creator has the ability to change all aspects of their chapter, including renaming their chapter. The Chapter Creator also has the ability to edit or delete any postings of its chapter's members and receives email notices of any members' postings. They also have the ability to email all members in their chapter, regardless of the individual members' email settings. The Chapter Creator can establish a Chapter Administrator to help with these responsibilities. All Chapter Creators must have a listed active email for contact reasons.
"Chapter Administrators" are persons who help the Chapter Creator with the responsibilities of the chapter. These Chapter Administrators also have the ability to edit or delete any postings of members.
"Chapter Members" are
individuals who belong to a specific chapter. Any Chapter Member can post
events, photos, and send email in their chapter. At any time they can edit their
own posting by clicking on the pencil.

around the world that are willing to help with any issues with No Rules Riders.
Although these dedicated members may have some different beliefs about small
issues within No Rules Riders, they all have the same core belief of the freedom

"Webmaster" is the person who put this website together. Without the Webmaster, No Rules Riders would not be where it is today.

This questions is bugging me to know end. I decided to post it here to see what you all think... 2 white males assault a black male with a weapon. They are charged with Federal Hate Crime Law and spend 5 years in prison. OK now same crime but 2 black male assault a white male with same weapon. They are only charged with simple assault and get probation. What is wrong with America???
